This was an awesome experience. It was $10/person for the hayride or $35/car. Both options include the walk through and petting zoo. As it’s just me and my wife we went with the cheaper -hayride- option. It was cool because we also stopped and we’re able to feed the camels ($5 for a decent sized bag of food) This was the best customer experience I have had since Covid. We had a lot of questions where the money is taken and the girl walked us through our options and where to go and what to do with a smile. There was a gentleman at the hayride area who was funny, took a picture of us, and was just over all very nice and willing to talk We had a little extra food so I made it my personal mission to find some camels to feed and there was a lady and a gentleman working with Achilles and during the down time they brought him over and I was able to pet him. They told us all about camels and working with them. He was incredibly gentle despite it being very late and he was probably ready for bed (we were there through close) The guy working with George the Giraffe was awesome. Told us about working with him and tried to get him to come over some more. My wife and I were both able to scratch his horns which was really cool The lady at the petting zoo area was nice as well but there was a kid who was awesome. He tried to get Ella to get up and come over but she was done for the night (again we were there right at close) He also picked up the baby goats that had just been born and allowed us to pet them. You can tell how well trained he was and how much respect he had for the animals
I don’t typically leave reviews but this was genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve had. I have not had such a great experience with workers in years. And for every single interaction to be GREAT blew me away. They clearly have a good culture here. They clearly respect and care for their animals. Pricing was great for us but if you have multiple kids and opt into doing the other pay by experience things it could get pricey but no more pricey than a county fair or something. Ultimately if you have 2 kids you could easily get the hayride, feed all the animals, and enjoy your time for $40-$50 which is...
Read moreI gave this a five star rating without a comment...that's because I got distracted ..Now let me explain Why I gave them five GLORIOUS stars if Icould it would been Ten .plus.....this by far is the best experience I've ever had on a farm, zoo, ranch..ect..I loved the whole experience from finding the entrance...so cute of an entrance and an excellent representative for information and buying the food for giving the certain animals. The animals have no cages. They roam free inside there amble grounds. The first part was seeing the Reindeer..(they were inside there barn) but caught a glimpse. Then we drove up to the Camels fence and they loved the compressed grass pellets..while letting us pet them and sticking there heads in the windows It was such a great experience. The zebra's were near the fence also but you threw them the food . The setup of driving through this farm is what was so special. You got to take all the pictures you wanted. There was a line of cars but everyone was courteous. We saw a ton of interesting animals on this long drive. Through 80 Acres. KANGAROOS. MASSIVE TURTLE..OSTRICH..so many to look at..Also near the end you started seeing the beautiful Zip lines all over the property. The end has a petting zoo..it has tons of animal's llamas. Goat's..pig's..different cow's. Alpacas. Donkeys.horses . Ponies. Then the great big Giraffe..This experience was unbelievable. You got to the end and for five dollar's you could ride a ponie..a camel. Do the zip line for a fee. Feed the giraffe for a small fee . A free petting zoo. And a great many photo ops that were priceless. I can't wait till pumpkin season and Christmas..This is highly recommended for Anyone. Get your tickets on there website And just another reason I loved them was because originally I bought the ticket for the wrong day and I sent a note to change it and they took care of it immediately and we were sent another set of tickets for the correct time. I know this is long and pictures to follow..but it tells you how great this was. Coming back again for another time and we live in...
Read moreBeautiful Christmas light display but pretty pricy to visit. I have a bad back so we chose the car load price- which was $35 (kinda pricy for 3 people to cruise through a drive way of Christmas lights- Beautiful but kinda overpriced for what you get in return).
You park after you drive through the lights. The first thing you come to is a stand trying to sell you toys/candy/trinkets (so you might wanna distract your kids if you didn't bring enough to purchase items).
They have a couple cute areas to take pictures (Cinderella type carriage and a few statues of animals. )
Santa is free to visit with. As you stand on line you see the Reindeer (which you can not pet).
On down the way they get you with a concession trailer (quite honestly we were never able to purchase food/drink items because the line was so long the whole time- a 2nd concession stand with at least drinks only would have been nice). They even charge for smores kits (unlike Copper Creek during the Halloween celebration where each person gets a smores kit for free).
Down from the concessions are a few kids rides- quite honestly they really aren't worth the additional cost. We paid $5 for my son to ride a swing ride that was intended for very small kids- and it was rather old looking. There's also a bungee type jump ride (additional cost), camel rides (additional cost- although the camel was very affectionate to the handler- very sweet animal), and pony rides for $7.
There was a nice lit walkway which led to a maze of lights for the kids. Most kids were walking over the light strands and not even using the maze correctly.
Finally, we made it to the petting zoo. Beautiful animals but they honestly weren't interested in being pet unless you had animal food (another additional charge).
We had a beautiful time. We might even go back BUT in all honesty it was a bit pricy for what you receive in return.
Just a heads up for families who might be going...
