Met up with some friends and their kids. We’ve been to two trampoline places before and they were okay but the kids got bored under an hour. This place was a lot bigger and had so many different things to do. My seven year old twin boys loved the warrior dash and dodgeball the most. There’s walkways and higher platforms for parents to walk and stand to watch the kids. It is expensive but with more activities there was value. Definitely could of done more than an hour but had other plans. Definitely will be back again. We went on a Saturday and it was unreal how many people in and out there were. We didn’t reserve tickets and we’re fine since there’s fifteen minute intervals. It does make the process quicker though. You have to select a time to reserve tickets but they said they’ll adjust once you get there. I usually get more pics but was catching up with an old friend. My wife got this video of the dodgeball at least.

Our family absolutely loves this SkyZone location! We had our son’s birthday party here, and the prices were certainly reasonable. They also gave us an extra pizza for free, which was super awesome. The employees are engaged enough that my children know their names and even have fun playing with them at the center. We’ve never had any issues at SkyZone. As an added bonus, my husband loves being able to let his inner kid out too lol! SkyZone is very busy on weekends, and especially weekend evenings. Despite being fairly slow on the weekdays, we greatly appreciate their full operation hours on the weekdays! If you plan to return more than once in a month, I highly recommend just getting a membership. It is highly cost effective for frequent use.

Got the Elite membership for two kids and two adults for $72 a month. Some places would cost that to go once while this allows us to go every single day of the month. The place is clean and taken care of, the workers allowed kids to have fun but stepped in when a small handful of kids were doing dangerous stuff like climbing where they weren’t supposed to. My kid got some dust in his eye and one of the workers ran over to get him a wet paper towel. Overall I can’t think of a better indoor facility to take young kids potentially every day for a pretty reasonable price. We didn’t eat here so can’t speak for the food or food area but all the activity areas were great the adults as well. Very glad to have gone here and we’ll be back a bunch.

i paid for the mega vip birthday bundle for my kids 5th birthday, his party was at 1:15pm on the 7th. i called from claysville at noon and asked what time i was allowed to come in and set stuff up since his party started at 1:15. i was told 12:45pm would be good, i said okay. we got there, unloaded everything for the birthday party, carried it all in and i could’ve cried. i did cry. first of all it was a scattered mess, no types of organization. stood in what i thought was the line for 11 minutes just to see that it wasn’t the line, it was just people crowded around the party check in area with no space to go anywhere. finally checked in at 1pm and was told to put everything on the cart because we can’t go in the room until 3:15pm. what? i have old people with me who now have to sit in metal chairs for 2 hours waiting for a room to open. the booking page said 2 hour jump time, 1 hour room time, i should have called and asked how it works i guess because i thought, i don’t know what i thought but i didn’t think my party guests would have to stand or sit on metal seats for 2 hours. the website should have specified, plus i literally had just called and asked what time i could come in and set the room up and they said 12:45 and now i have to wait until 3:15, that was frustrating. ā€œhassle free partyā€ they said if we dropped everything off that morning, decoration wise, that they’d set the room up. i couldn’t make it up there that morning so when i checked in i put all of the decorations, which was just balloons, table clothes, centerpieces, plates and napkins on the cart assuming that the room would be set up when we walked in. 3:15 finally came, everyone was ready to eat and open presents. we walk into the room and the only thing they set up was some skyzone plates and napkins on the tables. the pizza was there, drinks were there, whatever but all the decorations for the party were still in the bag on the cart so as kids and parents are coming in, i’m rushing around trying to get everything set up for everybody. it was hands down the most stressful birthday party i’ve thrown for my kid, i do not know why they broadcast a ā€œhassle freeā€ party when it was all hassle and not free. and none of the kids got the stickers that were suppose to come with the party package. i wasn’t going to leave a tip because in my opinion nothing was done that was deserving of a tip but my father tipped them because he felt bad that i was raging out. this is something that i’ll never do again, not here anyways. thank you...

My review is for a birthday party we had here. Booking the party was easy. They called a couple of days later to check in and go over everything. That went fine. My problem was with the day of the party. Our party cost $696 for 18 kids with the cheapest package.

Kid's ages were 8/9

What went well:

Booking

Follow up calls

What didn't go well: The day of the party was a mess.

You don't get the party room until after 90 minutes of jump time. Which their site does specify. But after jumping for 20 minutes, kids are getting thirsty and hungry. So parents had to spend money at the food stand. Was this by design?

They give the kids these blue stickers to wear, that says their jump time on it. I asked the girl that was checking in our guests if they make an announcement after 90 min to call the kids back to the party room. She said they did. But, that was not the case. When it came time to go into the party room, there wasn't anyone to gather up the kids. The party host(a different girl, not the one that checked us in) said that the workers that observe kids playing would round them up. But that wasn't the case either. So I had to run around trying to find everyone. There are multiple birthday parties going on, and they ALL have blue stickers on. They're not even color coded for different times. The stickers are dark blue with black lettering. So you can barely even see what it says unless you get really close to look. So I'm running around trying to find all of the kids for the party.

Coming up towards the end, they really try and rush you out of there. I understand they have other parties to set up in the same room, but come on. about 10 minutes before ending they were really rushing everyone to leave.

In all, I would NOT recommend this place for a birthday party. It's an okay place to just go and jump. But their party setup is horrible. No one can jump for 90 minutes without something to drink. So they just want to keep making you...

A Sad Decline Under New Ownership — We Won’t Be Back

Our family has been regular visitors to Sky Zone for a while now, but after our most recent experience, we will not be returning. The environment has drastically changed under the new ownership, and not for the better.

In just an hour and a half, I witnessed multiple disturbing interactions, all centered around the manager’s behavior. She aggressively chased down and intimidated two special needs children, and at one point became aggressive with a woman who clearly didn’t speak English well. It was not only unprofessional—it was downright embarrassing to witness.

What shocked me most was watching her pursue and try to corner an autistic child who had picked up a Reese’s cup. Rather than treating the situation with understanding or care, she acted like someone on a power trip, taking visible satisfaction in asserting authority over a vulnerable kid. It was heartbreaking and completely inappropriate.

To make things worse, I was yelled at for sitting in a trampoline square with my two children—both under the age of 3. I was told repeatedly by staff that the combined weight of a 160-pound adult and two toddlers under 30 pounds would somehow rip the trampoline and cause serious damage. This makes absolutely no sense, especially considering full-grown teens and adults regularly bounce with far more force. There was no common sense or flexibility—just rigid, unfriendly enforcement.

I didn’t even jump that day. I came to supervise and enjoy watching my kids. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and upset by the way children and families were being treated.

Sky Zone used to be a fun, safe place for kids of all ages and abilities. Now it feels more like a hostile environment ruled by poor leadership. Unless there are major changes in management and customer care, we won’t be coming back—and I can’t recommend it to anyone...
