There is a mix of options. There a bit of a change taking place right now as well.

You'll find Home Depot, Kohl's, Mooyah burger joint, Chipotle, there an independent coffee shop. I believe a ceramic studio is also there. You'll find a Wells Fargo on the on the corner.
