Langman Winery and Restaurant Centerton — Attraction in Centerton

I was so excited to finally visit Langman Winery and Restaurant in Centerton! As we walked in we knew we found our new place for wine time! The foyer / wine tasting room is expansive. Once we walked through the door we were greeted immediately by Tony. He explained everything to us and gave us a few samples. He was so great!! I highly recommend the cabernet! They also do wine flights where you can choose what wines you would like to try. After our tasting we went into the dining area. Mind you I had already memorized this menu prior to going 😆 I was so excited to have a restaurant like this in our area! We were then greeted by Al our server. She was so unbelievably kind and friendly and made excellent recommendations. To be honest I don't think I've ever had such quick food service. I do however wish they would course it out as I had a salad, soup, and an entree. It was brought out all together and I think it would have been much more enjoyable especially with the wine if it was brought out in stages. My friend had the short rib tacos which were outstanding! I had the short ribs with mashed potatoes. The meat was so tender and yummy. But it was the gravy! The gravy was amazing! We finished it off with their decadent chocolate cake! Would definitely like a few more dessert options. Funny thing is I don't like chocolate but it was really the only option for dessert and was still yummy. Everyone that worked there was exceptional in their customer service! I truly can't wait to go back! This is a very casual place. I came from Chicago and was expecting more of a Cooper's Hawk experience however this is much more laid-back and a tad more limited but absolutely amazing! I'll see them next Friday and...

This restaurant has been open only a week and yet it is running very smoothly with just a few small hiccups. We started with the free three one ounce pours of wine, all of which were excellent. We started dinner with the burrata salad which was a nice portion for 4 people and extremely flavorful. There was just a hint of basil which was enhanced with a sip of the rose wine. For dinner, three of us had the short rib dinner. It was a different presentation with medallions of short rib instead of a big piece of meat, but they were still very tender with a side of yummy gravy on the side. Quinoa or mashed potatoes were the optional sides and both were excellent. The side salad was also very fresh and the dressings are house made with excellent flavor. We had a slice of chocolate cake which is very large. My only comment is it was cold and so I didn't get the strong chocolate flavors I was expecting. We brought half of it home, so I'll have the remainder at room temperature to see if it's better. The service was attentive and everyone seemed vested in the restaurant's success. Langman’s Winery & Restaurant in Centerton is such a fantastic addition to Northwest Arkansas! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. The wine tasting was a great start with 3 complimentary samples to help us find our favorite. The dining space felt like a little escape, with European-style seating and a peaceful, relaxed vibe.

I ordered the caprese skewers and tomato soup (both were fresh and flavorful), and my friend had the French dip, which she loved. Shout out to our server Al, who was kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. And an extra shout out to Deborah L that told us about this new addition to NWA in the first place!

It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in their work, and the attention to detail shows. I’ll definitely be back, and will be recommending this spot to anyone looking for a cozy wine and dine experience in NWA.
