Absolutely in love with this park! I enjoy running here in the mornings with friends or independently. In the later part of the evening, the park has a totally unique atmosphere that I adore! The playground is clean and has decent variety. In fact, there is also a nature playground to teach children the wonders and joy of nature. Trails are safe and excellent for hikers of any level. The flowers are super pretty and captivating to the eye. Clean park if I must say so myself! I'm also pleased that there's a shelter A bonfire is present for groups desiring a smores experience in the park. CGXC and CBXC will play Capture The Flag this upcoming Friday (July 14th). Forest field is truly a special place to do it!! Thank you CWPD for making this park awesome! My only complaint is the restrooms. It's a tiny, crammped room. Only two stalls are present and to close together in an odd angle. One is regular and the other for individuals with a wheelchair. To be fair, parks don't nessicarly have the resources or finances to make their bathrooms spectacular. If you have to use the bathroom on a toasty day, brace yourself. In all, a wonderful park that truly only has one...

This was my first time at this park. I was up in Dayton for the weekend in March 2021 with my daughter and 2 grandchildren age 2 & 4. This is such a cool place! They have a sandbox, 3 flower beds as yet unplanted, 3 #junglegyms & a globe like structure that spins around for fun and to make you dizzy 🥴. The unique thing about this park is that it incorporates the tree stumps, a big tree log tunnel and rock walls for climbing on with the #junglegyms with slides and the #monkeybars. My grandson & I walked across tree stumps. We climbed up and down rock walls. Under my favorite #junglegym is a rock wall #cavecavern. We climbed down the wall to get into it but there is a #cavedoor for easier access. With the walls covered in bugs, a bat & a spider it is so very cool! The park was full of parents & children having fun together. The weather was warm and sunny after several days of cloudy and rainy weather. I can't wait to return here! #forestfieldpark #dayton @yelpcincy...

What a cool park, highly recommend. We only visited the playground areas and not any of the sport fields or trails. My three kids, ages 6, 5, and 3, all had a blast here. The main playground area is set back away from the parking, far enough to be safe but not so far as to make it a trek from your car. All the playground equipment seemed relatively new and was also different than the standard setup. There are things to climb and swing off of, a swing set, a few medium sized slides and an interesting sphere with two interior levels that spins. Next to the modern park equipment is a natural style park with huge tree logs and rocks to climb and balance on, a little log cabin without a roof, hollowed out log canoes, and a small sensory garden.

I highly recommend this park, it's become a fast favorite...

This park is amazing. There is so much to do for the kids and adults alike. There are easy hiking trails, an awesome playground covered in soft artificial grass. There is a sensory garden where things can be touched and smelled, there are obstacle courses made with wood logs, a digging area with trucks to ride on and digging tools, a music area where they can play drums and different instruments, a large chalk board, a fort area and log cabin, and just so much more. There is also a book pick up and drop off so you can find a book to read while your littles play or give some of your own. There are bathrooms on site and parking. It is pet friendly as well but they must be leashed.

Clean, imaginative inviting play space for people of all ages. The tall play structures are well suited for kids at least old enough to mind edges, but engaging enough for older kids to play alongside younger kids. There's a music section, sandbox, giant logs, open space, swings, a little library, paths through the woods and more. My kids are 1 and 2, and love coming here.

Amazing park for kids of all ages and adults. Super clean and every type of playground obstacle you could imagine. There is artificial turf around the playground that is nice and soft and padded which is also a huge bonus and let them have a bigger rock climbing walls and obstacles. Best park in Miami Valley.
