I walk by here all the time and I must say that it’s really cool seeing all of the different airplanes taking off and flying in for landing too. This airport is privately owned and is rather large. It has Clairmont Road, Buford Highway, Chamblee Tucker Road, and a short portion of Dresden Drive surrounding it so you can imagine how large it is. The CDC is also located on the eastern part of the airport along Buford Highway. The Chamblee Marta station is located right by it too. If you like varieties of all types of aircraft, then you should definitely check this...

Last week, my wife and I came back from a Great Las Vegas trip just to find our vehicle had a flat tire... total bummer!!!!

Great airport with perfect location just right outside of Buckhead and close to 85 and 285. I love flying in and out of this airport and have never experienced any issues. They have everything Hartsfield has including car rental, concession stands and a lot of free parking. I park and just walk onto the tarmac. If you have a late flight some of the restaurants do close early which is the only downside...
