Located right in Ashford Park neighborhood in The City of Brookhaven you will find 30 acres of land comprised of old growth forest, a spring fed stream, wetland, and a grassy meadow. The land is located off Skyland Dr in Ashford Park and goes all the way to Clairmont Rd. With 4 color coded trails on a map with corresponding colored tags along the way, makes it easy to find your way through the woods. This is undeveloped land with a few trails going through the woods. It's a nice forest to walk through. There is an open field in the NW corner and a creek in the center. There are access trails from Park Ln. and Skyland Dr. It's relatively quiet (for being next to an airport and major road) inside. These are mainly walking trails, the forest is quite dense and there really aren't opportunities to leave the trail. Please help preserve this land.
