I moved to Florida from northern Ohio 20 years ago and this is the first time in 20 years that I've been back. I was so happy to find Sage's fruit farm that was recommended by our friends. It was easy to spend $150.00! I haven't had a good peach or ear of corn in 20 years! That's all I wanted was corn and peaches but also bought plums, maple syrup, maple syrup candy, cheese, smokies, Carmel apples, popcorn with white and dark chocolate, blueberries and apples! I'm sure I'm forgetting something because our SUV was loaded with food and vegetables. I can't get the Italian plums in Florida to make Hungarian silvas gomboc (plum dumplings) so when I get home I'll be busy cooking, eating and freezing the wonderful fruits we bought. Best apples in geauga county. Great varieties but golden delicious and Melrose are my favorites. Honey crisp is their specialty.great cider they make on site . incredible variety of local jams and apple butter and maple syrup can be bought for shipping. Great holiday gifts. But the most amazing home grown veggies in season are available at reasonable prices for fresh quality corn and tomatoes.love their sour cherries and blueberry sales that are made in advance with reservation . Wow Sage you have out done your self with your Honey Crisp Apples. I live in Pennington New Jersey and I brought a bag of the Honey Crisp Apples and finished them off in two days.
