A pretty nice facility here in town that offers hiking and biking trails, as well as tennis and volleyball courts, and I believe there are some baseball and soccer fields on the back side of it as well. Part 2. However, I just went by there the other day and ran the trails, and they are in very serious need of maintenance. Especially the latter part of them was completely overgrown where you couldn't even go through without bending all the way over for branches & leaves not to hit your head and face, as well as the trails are not very well marked either.
