When I visited your store, I was specifically looking for specialty items that I expected your business to offer. Unfortunately, I found that your inventory was quite limited and consisted primarily of items that are easily found at numerous other retailers. This was disappointing, as I had chosen your store in the hopes of finding something unique.

I understand that running a business can be challenging, and providing excellent customer service is important. However, the issue at hand was not only with the service itself, but with the product selection. Offering a wider range of unique or specialty items would significantly enhance the value of your business and better meet the needs of customers like myself.

I hope this feedback is helpful and constructive. I encourage you to consider expanding your inventory to better align with the expectations set by your marketing or business description.

I've never been to Gannon before, but as I'm desperately scouring google maps for locally owned art supplies stores that aren't one of the 5 big corporations who corner the market, I'm so dang sad to see that they are few & far between these days. I just wanted to contribute a five star review for simply staying in the game & reflect upon the fact that this place has five star reviews from people who have been coming back for 15 years. That really says something! Based on that, I can assume that they offer quality services. I'd also like to hopefully balance out the one completely unnecessary one star review you've received, because i know how that can really affect a small business poorly. I will definitely be keeping Gannon in mind for any future framing needs. We need places like this...

I took a cross-stitch piece in to be framed. The service (and time spent picking out a mat and then frame) was exceptional without making me feel rushed. It was completed quite quickly. When I returned, bringing another piece to be framed, I had a minor issue with the cross-stitch piece and addressed it with the staff. I was immediately reassured that my concern was valid. I was told that the business would “make it right.” They did and in spades. They called the very next day to inform me both pieces were ready.
