Have fished this spot for 30+plus years and still love it as much as the first time I came. Pr on my rainbow,brown and cutthroat all caught at the hatchery. Little secret to newcomers. Fix in the coverts at the beginning of the park. So many 2 to 3 pound rainbow hanging out in there 😊. But plz take your trash with you. I pack out an extra backpack of stuff every trip that people left behind. The pic is of mine and my wife’s catch...

Great place to trout fish. Hatchery is very interesting. Great place to learn, or to bang out a limit once you've got the knack for it. Most anyone will help and give you tips on what their doing and what works. Very family friendly place!!...

Great Place to Launch a Kayak on the Spring River. Lots of trout swimming around the water below the launch too. Bring your own boat, or rent from one of the places nearby and go for a float on a beautiful cold river in the summer heat of Arkansas.

Great place to catch trout. Easy access with trails and bank fishing. Watch for snakes between the boulders, I saw one sunning right where a person would likely have their feet when sitting on one, in February.

Great Place to Launch a Kayak on the Spring River. Lots of trout swimming around the water below the launch too. Bring your own boat, or rent from one of the places nearby and go for a float on a beautiful cold river in the summer heat of Arkansas.
