Willowdale Park — Attraction in Cherry Hill Township

I grew up in this neighborhood and came here all the time as a kid some 20-30 years ago. Even though I live in King, North Carolina now, I still visit my old stomping grounds at least once a year to see some folks that I know (mostly the church I attended and the pizza place where I worked). Last year, I stopped by the park, and though it appears the play equipment has changed quite a few times, the trail around the pond has not. The bridge is still there. This is my 2nd review about this amazing park, my 9 year old granddaughter absolutely loves this park. It has great play equipment to jump on and play on but the most amazing thing is to walk down to where the pond is, today we actually seen a family of deers. This park includes a .25 mile flat paved walkway that starts at a curb cut on Willowdale Road. It would be fairly accessible to many folks who may not be able to access the other more challenging trails in our Township.
