Bumpass Trailhead Parking — Attraction in Chester

Great National Park to visit. It is less visited than others and usually not crowded. It does have a shorter season. It is closed until after at least Father's Day weekend most years. The road does not get cleared of snow until after that date. Also, for this year only(2018) Bumpass Heel Trail is closed for maintenance. This is the place where recommend by the staff for seeing milky way while you are able to drive and park your car. Never seen such brilliant sky with billions stars and milky way.
