I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I received this morning. When my mom and I first walked through the doors, the hostess did not greet us and had much attitude after I had said good morning to her first. After she had acknowledged me, she informed me that there was a wait so we decided to eat breakfast at the bar. Once we sat down, the girl in the back greeted us and gave us each a glass of water. After sitting there for at least 15 mins, we had to flag down an employee to get the bartender to take our order. He told us to wait because he was taking another order on the opposite end of the bar. When he eventually came over to take our order, he didn't apologize for the wait and wasn't very pleasant about taking our order. A couple minutes after the bartender took our food and drink order, we received our iced coffees. My mom's coffee was fine but my mocha was very bitter, barely had any chocolate and was not mixed well. So, I flagged down one of the baristas to have her fix my drink which she had attitude in the process, as well. When I she came back with my drink, it tasted the same. I gave up and pushed the drink aside. Shortly after, we received our food which looked and tasted very delicious; however, we had no napkins or silverware. Once again, we had to flag down an employee for those things. We enjoyed our food but the bartender, not once, checked on us to see if we needed anything or how our food was. At that point, we were very furious and upset with the customer service we received. We did inform one of the employees of the issues we had with the service we received. We appreciate the fact that she listened, understood our concerns and was very apologetic.
We understand it was a very busy morning but they need to be able to handle the stress of a rush and be more attentive to their customers. Also, the young lady that was working the back of the house was very pleasant and needs to be in the front of the house to assist thoses that do not know how to provide excellent customer service.    Read moreThe food was very fresh and overall very good. My wife and I shared the chef spring rolls which were light and delicious. I had the cheeseburger sliders and my wife had the fish "shrimp" tacos. Our server was very nice and attentive. The drinks were also very good. I did find this restaurant a little on the pricey side for both drinks and food with a somewhat limited menu. Although very good, the reason I got the cheeseburger sliders was because nothing else was really standing out; but that is obviously my own preferences and not a reflection on the quality of the food and service.
