Staying here a few days in the RV park, and it's pretty nice. The spaces are small, no room for a car and RV, no picnic tables or fire rings or anything but they do have electric and water in summer. For $25 a night or $100 a week, it's decent. The view of the city is beautiful. It seems the bathrooms have been improved in the past few years... in fact, when we first came in, the shower in the handicap stall was broken and maintenance fixed it before we even got a chance to call (someone must have mentioned it before we got there). The water was super hot to the point I had to have the arrow pointing slightly cold to get it not scalding and they were clean. It was also pleasant to know there was running water since the signs said they'd winterized already. Apparently they just shut off the RV water, which is totally understandable. The one thing to note is you have to call the office to get the code to get into the bathroom. The other thing that is inconvenient is the lights are on a timer, and I had to go out and turn them on twice.

What the officials have done to create this wonderful place from just a rodeo dome to a beautiful place to stay at. The campground Is really nice. There is a little more shade, but it would be good to have a pop up shade tent. The grounds are gorgeous and the lake is fun for tubing and fishing. The beach is like a real Sandy beach to sit and watch the kids play in the waves. The amphitheatre is amazing. You will find this to be a beautiful place to take a walk and have a picnic. I highly recommend this place to one and all. Thank you for creating this fun healthy basketball courts and do much more. Great...

Looks great until you discover there is no hot water in the shower house. Lights don't work or are missing and no water in the hook ups. However, nice easy place to find and park. In need of maintenance but...
