Small shaded parking (apex 20 spaces) with two van accessible handicap spaces. Small unpaved overflow parking area. Not crowded weekdays. Still two bucks to park. Nice place with facilities. Take the right at the split across the wooden bridge to a nice shaded stretch, McD break ahead on left, need repair? Two bike shops ahead on right. Take left for a hot path around an old landfill, better parking available for southern end of trail elsewhere. Need a cold drink? Convenient store not visible but just south of street entrance.

I love this Trail I like being able to see nature I suggest to bring a snack, Sunscreen, Hat and Definitely have plenty of water i personally have a water backpack and most of the time I go in the Fall - Winter - time since it so hot most of the year. I usually go through October - March. Only thing i would mention is there should be more water stations and I wished it continued and connected to the Lutz Lake Fern Trail.

Nice trail for walkers, joggers and cyclists. Restrooms and water are available along the trail. The Rocky Creek Bridge is closed so you can’t ride the whole trail but you can go to the Rocky Creek Preserve and ride that end of the trail. Construction is to be completed by 2025. This trail would be epic if it could tie into the Suncoast Parkway trail! Come on Hillsborough’s County! Make it happen!!

I have loved walking this trail for the past two years. The Wilsky entrance has limited parking but they are shaded well most parts of the day. The pavement is intact, no noticeable spots of potholes or dangerous cracks. Splits in two directions from this spot, one headed north and one that wraps around the county dump and goes westward.

Despite being near a trash site it rarely smells and a hill blocks it from too noticeable in most spots. The trail is great for walking, jogging, bikes, and scooters. It gives off an isolated feel despite being near major roadways, and there are even some brief hiking spots that break off from the main trail. The main trail can be a little busy sometimes bust everyone mostly sticks to common courtesy. A very good spot if you need to get out, move, and enjoy...

Great safe place to ride bicycles, jog, and walk. Not crowded but there are others on the asphalt path. You always stay on the right( 2 way traffic).Visited trail on a Sunday around 4pm. Several parking places provided. One is close by Citrus Park Mall( off Gunn Highway). We parked at the one off Linebaugh Ave. Parking is $2 for all day and does not accept coins but will take credit cards and bills. There is a small restroom there ...can't say much about the condition since i have never ventured in there. I love this trail! It has spots of shaded areas and benches and picnic tables scattered throughout. Very scenic and in some places you go over bridges with ponds and creeks below. Don't miss out ...do visit but remember that they do close by...

This is a great trail, but all the cycle wanna bees make it UNSAFE. I cannot believe the police do not kick them off the trail. they endanger pedestrians due to their lack of respect for others. I almost get hit all the time and have to watch my back while I am jogging so they dont run me over. I know they are a menace at this point and it is sad they ruin it for others. They do not ride on the road because they do not want cars to hit them, but care not for others. I have been knocked over and sideswiped too many times. I am posting this because it needs to be addressed for the...
