The girls at the store that worked out front where there was supposed to be a lifetime sharpening on K bar knives told me they do not service on k bar knives even though the knife i wanted sharpened was in there display case. I feel that it is false advertising because I purchased an expensive knife thinking it would have had a lifetime sharpening, but no. Now with this information I have been givin I will only be purchasing cutco NOT k bar... NOBODY EVER...

unless you own Cutco cutlery take a hard pass. sure they own KaBar, but just read the wikipedia page - better use of your time. KaBar is just a small part of the displays. Head over to Zippo/Case in Bradford, PA - legit more info about the combat knives Case made during WWII than here about KaBar. Plus you can buy said Case Knives.
