Absolutely amazing!!!! I truly love the way everything can be customized, and it doesn't raise the price by half or more. Huge servings!!! My first time: shrimp Alfredo mac.... exquisite flavor and so many shrimp!!! The shrimp is made fresh for each order, took only 5 minutes, and is well worth the wait too! 6 fresh hot large shrimp scampied in butter and garlic. 😋 😋 Make NO changes, guys!!! None. U have achieved perfection of the Mac n cheese!!! 🤌🤌🤌 The young lady who was adding the veggies and doing the mixing with spatulas, she was truly loving the product she was serving. Her smile was contagious. Thank you! Very much. Their regular size starts off with 10oz of noodles, and they just add yummies from there, i was surprisedat how heavy the 2 dishes were. Love this place!!!! Food is great and the portions are just right. We have been here many times and usually we have the owner that waited on us and he is excellent at interacting with the customer. Today on the other hand it wasn't a good experience. This was not the owner that waited on us. The guy would rather mess around on his phone than take care of the customer. He messed around on his phone with his gloves on and went directly back to making the food. Yuck! Also just a word of advice if you are working with shrimp and then working on another person's order you may want to change gloves. That customer may have a food allergy. If I would have had ordered for my wife yor daughter I would have had to say I can't take that food since they are allergic to that sort of stuff. Other than that it's worth our drive of over an hour just to have something we can't get...

Today was my first day at Mac Shack and from the moment I stepped in the door Jordan went above and beyond!! I mentioned to Jordan I never been there and Jordan explained what they offered by going over each menu in detail, then alerting me to taste the homemade Alfredo sauce, and after me trying the sauce Jordan even offered to make a fresh pot of Alfredo sauce! Then after the sauce was done allowed me to try the fresh pot! And Shelbey was very friendly and had amazing customer service! Over all amazing and not disappointed! The best part is you can customize your own to make it exactly how you want it! I can’t wait to try other options they have available! Especially the Flaming Pig!
