Love Jewelers — Attraction in City of Rochester

We had a moderately expensive automatic watch in need of repair, and another highly rated jeweler in the Rochester area immediately referred us to Love Jewelers, in Rochester. Well, that referral from this business was so appreciated, as we had no idea who to trust for watch repairs with so many jewelers in this larger population city area with many jewelers.

Well, at both the drop off of my wife's watch, for the few in-between calls, and for the pick-up of the watch, Fabio and Adriana were great. These wonderful people working there not only seem to love what they do, they do things with genuine kindness and care for the customer. Fabio is certainly an expert at what he does and at pickup he took his time to explain what was was wrong with the watch and the part affected, and what care was helpful for this type of watch. Adriana was meticulous in her customer service and with even giving a detailed receipt with even a warranty guarantee. At each and every step of the way Adriana and Fabio were so personable to deal with, friendly, down-to-earth, and honorable. These folks working at this business go out of their way to please the customer, with highly individualized personal attention (not the kind of attention with any pressure techniques to try to get a sale, but the opposite for the attention they want to give to help the customer), that is hard to find these days. ... And well, the watch finally works as it should, with my wife happy!

Lastly, I didn't have time to look at the surely wonderful jewelry at this shop, as we had appointments to attend to in the city for both visits into the area, but we found a jeweler that we would travel to from 35 miles away, for our future jewelry purchases, or for any type of jewelry repairs. It will be a pleasure to take our time to browse around this business-owned shop, and to purchase something...

these people are so good. please dont waist your time with anyone else. you will be so thankful. i promise you. adrianna and her husband fabio are sooooooo. nice. i cant even handle it. i cant believe these people are actual. with so many liers and theives. please spare yourself. come to love...

I took my expensive jewelry here they ask for my chain to fit a charm and they broke my chain twice thought I wouldn't no never again and I told ppl I know who go there so they will not be serving a lot of people...
