Recently I was looking for a medical alert device for my mother who is 91 years old. The Advanced Alarm Medical Response Unit was idea for her because it only had one piece. Our salesperson was Robert Sperrazza. He patiently explained how the unit works along with the lease payments. After talking with my mother, she wanted to see the unit before deciding. Robert said I could pick one up (without it being connected to response) and return it. This was perfect - my mother had a chance to see the unit and try it on. After a couple of days, she was sold. I called Robert and he came out the next week with a brand new unit and activated the response for her. Robert was very professional and respectful to my mom, and genuinely interested in making us both feel comfortable with the new unit and their company service. They removed the entire computer with upgrade no more phone line connection all thru cellular to connect to the monitoring station, 3 new Honeywell touch screen keypads and the most amazing video doorbell that connects to your cell phone. I've been utilizing this Alarm company for the past 1.5 years, and they are amazing. Their Customer service (Kristy, Now Jason Occhino, who has replaced her) is unmatched by any company out there. Kristy was always available to help and Jason has been especially accommodating. I am in the process of moving, and he went out of his way to bring him and his Service tech out personally to remove the alarm. Jason and the service tech were amazing. Their company gives you that personable approach that I believe no other company can. When they came to install the Alarm their service department was exceptionally neat, and I never knew they were even there.
