Niawanda Park Pavilion — Attraction in City of Tonawanda

Staff was exceptionally rude! We left the venue immaculate with professional cleaning services, which was not the way we found it. We had a professional party with linen tablecloth’s, and waitresses and clean up through. We were told when I drop the key off that there were crumbs on the table and glitter on the floor, which we never even had in our decorations and that they were taking $50 off our deposit !! they didn’t even have someone physically inspect the area. They did it via electronic cameras that can be dim and dark and ridiculous anyway and I put the icing on the cake. I had to supply my own paper towels as they were absolutely no cleaning supplies or paper products to clean up the kitchen and the bathrooms. Please don’t use this venue. Space is very generous, enough to fit almost 150 people. It is complete with restrooms, has a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer with plenty of space, and sound system with TV.
