This place is pricey. If you wanna repair your cell phone screen then look around first before going here because the guy there charges more then others. So here is my personal experience with this place. The past time I went to this place was to repair my phone screen since it was cracked. The guy said the repair would be over 200 for just the front. (I think it was 279.99 or something like that) He said it was so high because of the screen and he also put labor into it as well. I went around and found another place that can repair my phone screen and do the manufacturer's testing on it as well and replace the outside of the phone for less of the price czone gave me. So I went with the other company. (My phone is an S10 and it does cost a lot to repair since I did my research) (Edited to respond to the reply from czone) P.S. for czone guy. When you reply to criticism and people who post things that are not good. Utilize it as an opportunity to help make your company better. Not looking at those who post bad reviews and replying they have a history of doing so. If you want to do research then do it on prices. Literally look around and compair your prices to others prices for similar things you have or jobs you have done. I have stopped in this place a few times for other things to see how much it would be to repair them but I never got them repaired here. Due to the high cost. The story that I gave is an actual experience and my brother was with me. So please do not say it was false and try to get me to give a better review when it was a bad experience. Also. The reviews that I give are honest. They may be brutal but they are how it is. I will not sugar coat it like you want. Your business is expensive and it does not provide good work. Ahh!! CZONE!! Where do I start. First, Michael the owner actually answered the phone when I called. That today is amazing and refreshing. He listen carefully and quickly helped. My hard drive on my PC Computer died. I was in severe panic mode. Michael was tentative and showed interest immediately. He even came to my house a few hours later to check my computer out and took it back to his shop. Michael is very knowledgeable. He explained what I needed, the price, and said he could have it back to me later that same evening. Are you kidding me (I thought) that's incredible. Yes, please! Above and beyond reasonable. Michael did the work and brought back my my computer with it's new hard drive and set everything back up again for me. Fast and professional. He did everything he said and then some. Perfect! I can't say enough. Michael is good people. He has a fun sense of humor with positive energy, a pleasure to have in my home from the start. I would definitely recommend CZONE. I'm so pleased. Can you tell? Lol. I now have my tech guy. I'm definitely relieved to have such reliability around the corner. YES! I'll definitely call CZONE again for any future computer or tech issues. This place was recommended to me by my mother, who worked in the plaza nearby CZONE. I had an issue with my gaming laptop running poorly (corrupted files related to hard drive and related to windows update data deletion and file corruption) . So I decided to take it here.

I walked in and was greeted by Mike (owner) and right away we got to talking about not only my laptop issues, but the guy loves video games and loves computers. And oh yeah, couldn’t be a nicer guy.

So I left him with my 1200 MSI gaming laptop and I got in back a week later. And folks, not only did he fix all the issues, but it runs better than it did when I first bought the laptop. He reinstalled windows for me and backed up my files. The laptop is super fast and processes great. He brought it back to life. Mike really knows his stuff and takes great pride and passion in the business of fixing and building computers. I was ready to bite the bullet and go buy a new laptop, and I’ve only had my laptop for 4 years with a high quality processor, 17.3 inch screen, NVIDIA graphics card, and 8gig of RAM. Instead, I got my computer fixed for 140 bucks. And I couldn’t be anymore pleased.

This is the place I’ll be taking my electronics to and I suggest people do the same.
