Rogers County Appliance Parts — Attraction in Claremore

Anyone looking for a repair on an appliance I will warn you DO NOT USE ROGERS COUNTY APPLIANCE PARTS!! We got taken advantage of and never got our oven fixed and they had the audacity to bill us and expect payment. The owner did not make house calls but sent his son who has no knowledge of servicing and no proper testers and decides to take the panel board out and replaced it twice and said something was wrong with the board. He made 3 service calls and told me he really needed gas money and couldn’t believe the boards weren’t working. After 3 weeks we call a different service man out of Owasso and within 5 minutes he said it’s a fuse, $35.00 and nothing wrong with the board. He said a new board is normally around $160. So we get a bill from ROGERS COUNTY APPLIANCE PARTS for $310.00 for doing nothing. Wally had called the owner BOB WILSON and told him what all happened and lack of professionalism and felt we were being scammed and the son was not getting the job done and had no clue of electronics. So today Wally went to pay the bill expecting them to do the right thing and the owner BOB WILSON was also unprofessional and expected his $310. So we stupidly paid and did the right thing so for a $35 fuse, service calls, 2 panel boards, 2 service men, 5 visits to the home we paid $545 🤦‍♀️ So just beware of what racket ROGERS COUNTY APPLIANCE PARTS is doing to...

Where are you ?????? We didn’t schedule a 11:09 phone call . We scheduled a 1:00 appointment at our house . You are not here . We moved around things to fit the schedule we agreed upon . Your not here. Now you have put us in a situation . That is .. we must wait another two weeks to accomplish what we had already set in motion with you ( going out of town next weekend & both of us work ).Because your not here. Saturday is not the day to look for a service guy , ($100 show up fee on Saturday with no appointment) .Due to the fact Rogers County Appliance stood us up. . There are many good reviews for him, but I guess he would have to show up for us to give you a review on that part ........

I had a fridge not working and went to Rogers County Appliance to get the new fuse that was around 100 dollars. They had the part but suggested I use a different fuse that would last longer, was only 60 dollars, and worked better. They were right! At least a year later the fridge is still going strong! Recently I also had a gas dryer stop heating. They first suggested I replace the fuse (since this was a cheap fix) but when it was still not heating, he suggested the coil valve and now the dryer works great! I have really appreciated the time they have taken to help me work though the problem and explain how it works and why they think I should try the part...
