I was a volunteer here and I had so much fun learning about Clarkdale and its history. The staff here is great and very knowledgable. I took several pictures for the museum and acquired some artifacts from the old copper smelter which are on display. Stop in and check out the museum while you're in Clarkdale. Also be sure to visit the Coppet Art Museum in the old Clarkdale...

The docent, whose name I don't remember but was an elementary school teacher there for many years, was warm, friendly and welcoming. She was very informative and encouraged me to share family photos and articles of interest to the museum.
