They had over 100 bikes and can only hold about 15 riders on the indoor track at a time. They kept rolling more people in through the gates getting their money. The people at switchback just want money, they donāt care about the riding experience. Complete waste of money to go ride indoor at switchback. They split riders up into classes and have 10 minute time intervals for each class. I was there from 11-4 and was riding for 20 minutes. A kid crashed and took an hour away from the riding time and they did not add more time for us riders waiting for the ambulance crew to get the kid off the track. Terrible time at switchback today. Not impressed and I will not be coming back to ride during the winter. They will scam you for your money to ride during the winter....
