IMO, this is a must-see. In 2023, five bucks per person is a bargain. Compare it to the cost of a movie or concert (forget snacks & drink). I visited in April 2023 - my first trip to Anna Ruby in 30 years. I had forgotten how spectacular it was. Paved, well-maintained trail is easy to navigate. But if you're out of shape, it will get you huffing & puffing. OTOH, there are places to stop and rest. Take your time and enjoy the journey. The observation deck has recently been rebuilt. I could still smell the lumber. ARF is one of the most beautiful sights in an area of so many superlatives. Spend the twenty bucks to take the family....

Excellent trail and viewing platforms. Plenty of parking. Clean restrooms. Helpful friendly staff. Medium half mile hike up. We are in our 60s and didn't have to much difficulty. Couple of benches to rest if needed. We stopped twice. Definitely worth the trip for a great natural wonder. We rode motorcycle and the road up was easy and well maintained. $5 per person. Which is fair enough. I wouldn't call it a money grab as some complaining. They have a few picnic areas at the river also. A few people had their pets on leash. One man was pushing a baby...

Beautiful falls, but lots of people (at least in the summer, I'm not sure about other seasons). I typically like to see the marvels of nature before most people are up and moving around so I can enjoy the quiet, solidarity & beauty in those moments. However, you're not able to do that here as they have the gate closed and it opens up right about the time when people are...

Caught it the day after the area had substantial rainfall, so the 2 creeks were really flowing well. Paved trail gets a little steeper part way along, then back to a more gradual incline like it starts out. Plenty of rest benches, easy for visitors in reasonably good shape, but more challenging for anyone w/ mobility issues like a member of my group.
