Cleveland Public Library - East 131st Street Branch — Attraction in Cleveland

I have visited this library on numerous occasions. During each visit, I was greeted with a smile, and librarians were readily available to meet my varied tech needs....and I must say that at 72 years old, I have a plethora of needs when it comes to completing and understanding online services.

Whenever I see Ericka, I know that I she will assist me; and I have learned so much from her. She and Katy have been instrumental in reducing the anxiety that I previously experienced when attempting to perform various functions on my own. Also, I would be remiss if I failed to mention security guards and front desk personnel. They have been so pleasant and inviting. All staff is bright, responsive, and sensitive to our varied needs.
