Harvard Wine & Grill — Restaurant in Cleveland

I ordered a meal via Doordash for (4) piece fried perch, seasoned yellow rice and house salad ( as advertised on menu in Doordash). When I received the order from the door Dasher I opened the box of food and it contained (3) fried perch and NO house salad. I suspected the driver and her partner sitting in the passenger seat ate the food. I Call Harvard wine and grill to investigate. I spoke with the someone from.ths business whom informed me "our food is weighed" smh ok where's the salad "oh no we don't offer the salad" ok thank you and I hung up. No apologies for the false advertisement. I say hey what can I do...I sit down to eat the food and the yellow rice is hard and the fish oily. All in truly unsatisfied my loss don't visit this place to eat food because it will be your loss too. Becareful also drive by shootings in the parking lot!!! I didn't know of this until after I ordered when my colleague informed...

The food here is good, the service to me is awesome. Those are the plus parts. Now on the other hand the kitchen was out of turkey ribs, bread, onions, shrimp, ribeyes and a host of other very important items. I brought my girlfriend up there just for the turkey burger and had to settle for something totally different. Now if I go to a corner bar I expect to hear bullst music because that's what a corner bar is. But if you sell a $49.00 surf n turf and a $25.00 ribeye I would not expect to hear rap and swearing. I feel if your gonna be a corner bar and play b.s. music change the prices to corner bar prices. If your gonna be a semi-classy joint change the music. I don't want to sit there with my woman and hear music that disrespects women. Or hear the word nia 20 times when I spend $75.00. If that's the case I'll go up the street and get some wings and...

I ordered my food at 9:29 and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes . I arrived there at 10:11 to pick up my food. My fiance went inside and I was outside in the car (while being 9 months pregnant) for literally 33 minutes. He comes out empty handed and said .. it's just not ready yet. So I call into the place and ask how my order couldn't be ready when I was told to come and pick it up in 40 minutes and waited an additional 33 minutes after arriving? The lady just answered with an attitude and said... okay? It's ready. As if I haven't been sitting out here for 33 minutes waiting!!! So finally my fiance comes out with the food and it cold! As if it's been ready but they just forgot about it. Smh. I used to be a regular customer but will definitely not be so quick to order again...
