red clay resort — Attraction in Cleveland

This is a great establishment let me say this first. The lady who is always running the counter excepted everyone's cards and let everyone in under 5 with a float in but when I get to the counter all of a sudden she looks at my son and says he can't have his float but let us in with an ugly mean look. My son nearly drowned 2 years ago and is deathly afraid of water and he has and intertube that is his favorite and feels safe with. We have come here for many years amd this woman was always nice and sweet the staff friendly but I really could not believe how she could treat me and my family. Honestly I wish I knew who was really in charge to speak to about this instead of an review on Google because it was under no circumstance acceptable given the situation...

Amazing experience!! My daughter and I went 2 days in a row.. Great family atmosphere.. The water is absolutely beautiful! The layout is great they have a concession stand whoch is convenient ny daughter and I loved the pineapple dole ice cream! The guy that works there that has the long hair was awesome and so nice!!! Wish we would have gotten his name but they are awesome here you...

Lots of fun! Great place to cool down on those blistering hot days. 10/10. No need to bring your own grill, pavilions are first come, first serve. You will easily spend all day here and come back...
