Will not be back. I drove an hour and a half to come here. It cost me, my two toddlers and our friend $36 dollars to get in, then they charge me a $1 fee for using my credit card, like that $36 wouldn’t have covered the transaction fee. Well then the blonde lady at the desk was just rude, acted miserable, like we were inconveniencing her computer time. My daughter walks across the rock over the spillway and sticks her hand in just to see how warm the water was. A woman starts yelling at her to not play in the spillway. She literally just touched it, that’s it. They have signs all over the place, put one there. Then I have to pay even more to rent a float than it costs to buy it brand new from Walmart. So I have to pay $3 to rent a $1.50 float because they don’t allow you to bring floats in…then add that other $1 credit card fee. Even that wasn’t really a problem, it was the blonde lady at the front that just put me over the edge when she just acted like I was bothering her computer and phone time to pay for the floats. We leave and my friend waves bye to her, and she just glares at him and goes back to her computer and phone, no wave back. We wanted to come back here with a large group of family and friends for a birthday party, now no one wants to come cause apparently many people have also commented and reviewed about the staff being rude. The young lady that gave us the floats was the only polite person there. No matter how nice of a location you have, if you make your guests feel unwelcome, you’ll lose business. For a Sunday, there was already barely...

It is a concrete pond steep rounded sides as you enter the water if you are in a wheelchair I don't see a possible entrance point except in the kiddie pool where you would be able to get in the water and have some fun the main pond is very rounded and steep sides so no easy getting in and getting out there are six lifeguard posts the most I seen at one given point was three lifeguards on duty after about two and a half hours of me being there that's when they started coming out so the lifeguards are not 100% always on duty looks like to me that they have a certain time frame that they stand watch the food there even though they were supposed to be cooking it fresh when you ordered was cold and we're not talking like being under a heat lamp all day we're talking about it felt like it came out of the refrigerator cold the prices are not so bad definitely bring your own lawn chairs because the regular lawn chairs are $3 there the lawn chairs that lay down or $10 it's $9 to get in on the day that we went we went on a Saturday but they have rates as you walk in certain days or certain prices but definitely no weapons allowed on premises this was a big turn off for me when I visited as you first come in they make sure you see the sciences no weapons. I prefer to have a weapon wherever I go to help protect me and my family against unknown assailants that wishes...

Went there with extended family for Labor Day. We are easy going and not fussy, but Not impressed. There's a per person charge to get in which varies according to what day it is. The good: Basically, it's a big, spring fed pool. The pool is huge, so that's the one big positive side. It's also quite cold as the water is constantly replaced by spring water. If it's a hot day, that would feel good. The bad: the pool is about it. There is a sand volleyball court. We were hoping for some flat ground - you know, like a city park - to play croquet or bocce ball. Nope. The restrooms are hot boxes. The website said a game room, but there's only plans for one. Oh, they blast their choice of music over loudspeakers all day. It's like sitting next to the boom box guy in the 80's. The ugly: want to use a grill? There's a charge for that. And these aren't a nice commercial quality grill with propane. These are cheap, low end, half burnt up, Walmart quality grills. With a park, you expect to use the on-site grills. For an extra fee, they better be clean or gas or something special. A couple hours before close they dump the trash and turn over the garbage cans. So when you're ready to clean up your spot at the end, good luck finding a trash can. If you want a cold swim, it's awesome. Hoping for more - probably do better at a city...

SO FUN! Don’t miss this gem when visiting northwest Georgia! Tucked in the countryside is this wonderful family friendly swimming/picnic venue. $8-10/person whether you swim or not. Parking is a level gravel lot with 2 entry/exit points. Pavilions with grills were available as well as rentable tubes and life jackets. The restrooms were between the check in area with souvenir shop and concession stand. The snow cones were refreshing. Nice toddler pool area. Main pool has zero depth entry in most places with a fairly steep decline. Spring fed, cold water was clean and refreshing. Equal amounts of shady and sunny areas to set up lawn chairs/beach towels. You can bring in your own chairs, food and easy up canopies. Corn hole and volleyball areas were there for added enjoyment. Cement finish is on the swimming area (If you want to consider taking water shoes) and two diving boards were popular with swimmers. Staff was friendly and helpful. We visited 7/2/23 and a storm popped up late in the afternoon and well before it hit, staff notified attendees of its approach and followed safety precautions to evacuate pool due to lightning in the area. We loved this place and will definitely return!!

We took the hour and half drive to this lovely resort to spend the day! The Spring fed pool is cool (not cold) but really enjoyable. It is a large enough that many people can be there without feeling crowded. Love the zero entry sides, which also make good spots to rest when the middle is so deep. All in all the water is really refreshing and great to swim on a hot Summer day. There is plenty of seating, picnic tables with umbrellas, grassy areas where you can set up chairs and blankets and even a ton of grills if you want to cook out! If not there is a decent concession stand with burgers dogs, fried goodies, dole whip and snow cones. Prices are reasonable for food, and even for rentals (floats). The entry fee is also low and I didn’t mind the $3 cooler fee. Really a great day, in a family friendly place. I would definitely make the trip up here again.
