Round Valley Recreation Area — Attraction in Clinton Township

I was at the Park today! Beautiful skies, Beautiful weather to enjoy yourself. You want to be outside and with ONLY POSITIVE PEOPLE !.. FIRST OF ALL THE PARK EMPLOYEES ARE TOP-NOTCH! RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL AND AMAZING. The Police Officers along with Park police. They were very knowledgeable and asked me so many times if I was was alright. So polite...I wish I could remember this young woman's name who went above and beyond to help me. That's the place where I feel safe and I know and knew I was in a safe place. The camping areas there are well maintained and they email you instructions several times to let you know YOU MuST get a parking permit when you are sleeping over night NOT ONLY FOR YOUR SAFETY BUT FOR OTHET PEOPLE IN THE PARK. PLEASE remember to follow the rules and regulations, they are there to protect us. The picnic areas are amazing...you can cook out and enjoy nature and all it has to offer. I must add this because I am truly grateful for all of them...I went to the park this morning and wasn't feeling well. I did not want to ask anyone to drive me an hour all the way home..I walked to the the visitors Center where a young lady who works there went out of her way to help me. I was not able to access wifi or my internet while inside the Park, she helped me by notifying all the other EMPLOYEES, Park police, and Local Police...that I was waiting on a Lyft. Now I could only use the landlines to call my friend and give my credit card over the phone to get a ride home. She was so nice and very helpful. Kept asking if maybe I needed an ambulance 🚑 I told her no I will be fine and supplied me with ice water to cool down. The police 🚔 sat at the Entrance and WAITED FOR MY LYFT. THAN CAME BACK TO TELL ME AND FOR SOME READON THE LYFT JUST DROVE BY ME, HOWEVER WITH HIS 🚨 ON HE CAUGHT MY RIDE. WOW I FEEL I SPECIAL. Where can you get that type of service? Know this....the beauty and its people are Heaven on 🌎... Oh, and you can not ask for more but your best friend Fido is allowed to come to the park...
