First of all, we wanna welcome y'all to Cocoa 🙃 Tonight was my first visit (to the Cocoa location) FYI: Fluent Cocoa offers drive-thru services! That's awesome! The internet was acting up so instead of placing my order online, I went inside & was immediately helped, given answers & they answered all of my questions ["They" being Holly & Victor] Holly & Victor are true assets for Cocoa Fluent! Tonight they gave me some of the absolute best company service I've ever had! I think your company, aka their boss(s) needs to know how truly phenomenal both Holly & Victor are! In my opinion, I hope they both receive kudos for a job well done, a raise &/or a promotion! Finding workers who truly care is hard to find nowadays; I became a lifelong Cocoa Fluent customer based on today's experience when being helped by both Holly & Victor, they both made me a lifetime Cocoa Fluent customer! (Today was NOT my first time at Fluent; I've been to the other location a few times yet never had a memorable experience.) However, today being my first experience at the Cocoa Fluent; Words aren't even enough when thanking Victor & Holly for giving me a memorable experience; You both were so kind, caring, knowledgeable, & patient while helping me pick the correct medications for my ailments!! Drove all the way 30 minutes away to use my point over 1000 points $100 off and apparently I’m not allowed to only spend $62. I have to spend $100 when I earned my own pulling. Do you think I could use my money, however I want to use it, but this company limits you to what you do and how you use your money, the bill came to $96 and she still made me buy four dollars worth of product which clearly I was fed up and walked out of the store. I don’t think I will be coming back. You guys can go ahead and take the points and just for future reference when the customer comes in and tells you something and you tell the customer no it didn’t happen. The customer is always right. You should agree with the customer maybe the Customer is right for once and you are not because obviously you weren’t there when the incident happened. Top? Notch service top-notch deals. I went there to get my birthday discounts and it worked out great. They had some great edibles. The gummies chocolates were phenomenal along with some great flour, made for a really good birthday at an affordable price due to the birthday discount. This place always offers great deals on great strands. I can't say nothing bad about them.
