I like this store location, because I can avoid dealing with Walmart. But, I'm getting frustrated a young man that works in the evening. I am not sure if he has a memory issue or a listening issue. I have to tell him something 2 to 3 times sometimes. Today's situation prompted me to write. My granddaughter has taste and texture issues. She orders the same thing every time. A spicy Italian, no salami, all pepperoni. I informed him of this, and says " got it" then procedes to start put salami on the sandwich. So I repeat the no salami all pepperoni, and he says yes ma'am. I then said she doesn't want salami and you are putting it on her sandwich. He goes ok. Finally he puts the salami back and does the pepperoni. The toppings are a 2 time explanation. I hope it's just a memory issue. He also has a habit of winking at my granddaughter when she is with me, and she is uncomfortable with that. I don't think he means any harm with it, I just want you to be aware. Read morethe first time I ordered online it went very smoothly, and my sandwich was exactly the way I ordered it. the second time I gave up after fighting with the website for 32 min. this was the third time for an online order, after fighting for over a half hour with the site (over my password) i was finally able to order. upon completion of my order it threw me back to the beginning of the order process. i thought that the order did not go thru, was going to give up on the online thing but something told me to call the store, they did get the order. picked up my sandwich got back to the office, barley any toppings on it. I ordered extra lettuce, onions and parm. worst sandwich I ever got at a subway. I will try this one more time, hope the same person doesn't make my next order!!!! I will post again after...
