DO NOT buy furniture from this place! My wife and I bought a "LEATHER" reclining couch and loveseat from here. MATT told us that it was leather, except for the back and sides were a "LEATHER BLEND". We also bought their 10 year LEATHER PROTECTION PLAN. What he said was leather is actually vinyl. It is coming apart. The vinyl is separating from the material. Then the handle broke off in my hand when I tried to recline the loveseat. Good thing we bought the "LEATHER PROTECTION PLAN". Matt told us it covers everything! If it gets poked by a screwdriver, or the dog chews a hole in it, it's covered! Even if a bomb falls on it, IT'S COVERED, he says. So we bought it. After all we have a dog and a screwdriver. So I called to ask for help, but was told that unfortunately our 10 year plan expired in 5 years, and there's nothing they can do for me. I asked Matt why he said it was leather? He said he would never tell me something like that. I asked why would I buy a LEATHER PROTECTION PLAN for something that wasn't leather. Any way, I called the warranty company they were able to confirm that my warranty was most definitely NOT expired, and if I send them some pictures of the damaged areas they would most certainly take care of it for me. So I did. Only to be told that since it is an accumulation of things, it is not going to be covered. So I guess the damage has to happen all at once. One big catastrophic event! Like with a screwdriver, or maybe a bomb falling on it!! Maybe then it would be covered. Bottom line here is, DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!

I will keep my 1 star review because the fact that the only thing that changed was they brought back Matt but still kept the negative and lazy sales people with the company. It's hard to grow positive reviews when you have a disease (bad sales people and manager) taking down the store. It's like pouring out water with a cup in a sinking boat. You can only do so much until the problem is fixed. Matt was extraordinary and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I only came back due to the simple fact that Matt was back. Dealing with him was like how it was years ago, actual customer service and salesmanship and actually being taken care of and guided and walked around the store. 5 stars for Matt. Still 1 star for the store as they are keeping the 1 star people.
Went to the cda store 4 different times to look and buy a entertainment stand, end tables, lights, and possibly a new sectional. Salesman there weren't helpful at all and seemed to put more effort into not helping than helping. They didn't help me find anything or recommend anything. They disappeared and then never checked up on me or anything. Went back 3 other times and same thing happened. I left without buying anything as I didn't want to give that salesman any commission off of me when they were all garbage and lazy salesman who should work at Mc Donald's and not a place that involves customer...
   Read moreI am editing my review to say that complete suite’s service department did fix my couches. All I had to do was pay for the handles. The service guys were very professional and did the job in about 15 minuets. It would be a higher score, but the whole process took about 4 months.
My husband and I bought our couches from them about 2 years ago. We have small children and dogs so naturally we bought the 5 year warranty. The couches we bought are reclining couches and the reclining handle has broken on every single on of them. The first two that broke were within the first 30 days so the store fixed them. The other two broke about 3 months ago. After calling several times and leaving a message, the service department finally called me back. They gave me the number to the third party warranty company. After several times of sending them pictures, not having the right thing in the pictures, sending them more pictures and so on. They finally tell me that they no longer support my warranty and were unable to service my couches. I have called their service department several times and left messages to see if I could pay to have them come out and fix my couches. It’s been two weeks and still haven’t heard back. So now I have to try and find the parts on my own and fix them ourselves. Everything seems to be voicemail, and no one...
