Went to my first concert at Riverstone- Nu Jack City. They are one of my favorite local bands & I really enjoyed the venue, which may be the second best in the area after Arbor Crest. I parked on the street & despite arriving late had a fairly short walk in which is great for anyone with mobility issues, plus parking was free! The seating/dance area in front of the stage is a bit small. The choices for food/drink are pretty limited- beer, wine & a couple canned things, but there are benches & a small covered picnic table area to sit at if you don't want to bring a chair & if you don't mind not seeing the stage, plenty of grassy area, plus a playground & porta potties- handy for kids. Read moreWow! Been to all the areas growing on all parts of the lake here downtown.. Riverstone is the neatest place if u don't want old properties and shops, and a killer view with great access on the spokane River..
Bring your piggy bank cause water access ain't cheap.. like 800k (cheep) to 2.million up (not cheap)... as a realtor being transplanted here, I can already tell where things are going for affordable rent and ownership..
Riverstone community is truly a one of a kind for CDA... the drone shots today show you how the development is going, and the shops and access is top notch...
But if u want affordable... call us we will direct ya the best people from here and the best bang for your buck.. =) love this place, and what all it has access to...

Read moreThis place is beautiful with a lake and a fountain. Art work around the whole park. A fantastic play area. The bathrooms are clean. I believe there is a bicycle tire pump outside the restrooms. Gazebo with plenty of space to eat and visit. When we where there we saw two place officers on bikes to make you feel safe. Plenty of parking. Please beware there is some bicyclist that ride the paths around the lake. Most of them will warn you they are.comming up behind you but some don't.
