hello Mark, as a long time customer of yours at the Union Square market I was intrigued to see the addition of mozzarella to your product list this morning. I naturally tried some since all your other cheeses are the best in the tristate area, even though i knew, coming from Hoboken that you had a tough task to beat the guys in my town that have been making great mutz for generations. Alas i have to say the mutz you produced was way too firm, to the point where it was not recognizable as mutz. i also thought it lacked the saltiness that i am used to. i hope this feedback is taken as it is intended - honest and with hope that you'll keep trying. stay well, Mark...

Another weekend drive destination. Arrived on the first day after a long heat wave. Was cool, and a welcome relief. Now to the cheese... We had an impromptu tasting, my wife and I being the only ones there at the time. Got to taste a range of really fabulous cheeses. Learned a bit about the cheese-making process and the history of the farm. It was a delightful experience, and we purchased several cheeses that we ate later with a little wine and crackers. This is a working farm, so don't expect any fancy amenities. The cheese is the attraction, and it is great. That said, you can still look around and see the cows,...

I had never even heard of Cato Corner Farm, but some friends brought us here to do some cheese shopping at the start of a CT Wine Trail tour. What a fantastic find! The young man inside the Cheese Shop was incredibly friendly, eager to offer us samples of a variety of their homemade cheeses, and he was very knowledgeable -- he helped us learn about their farm, the cheese-making process, etc. We were able to purchase some of our favorite cheeses, and then we even had a chance to see some of the younger cows in the barn. We will definitely be back - and next time, we're...

Can you spot the Cato Corner in this photo? Truly the most amazing cheese you can get. A great experience to go to their farm or at premium farmers markets, Cato Corn Cheeses are a true luxury with having. The Blackledge Blue: Outstanding! womanchego: wow! Their Gruyere melts like butter. The Bridges Abby makes the best grilled cheese you can get. Can’t say enough about the cheese and the makers!

My first real experience at a working dairy farm / cheese stand. They were so knowledgeable and accommodating. Had some samples and walked out with some of the best cheese I've ever tasted. Got to meet the cows as well! I'll definitely be going back because their cheeses are seasonal (makes sense due to what the cows are eating at different times of the year). What a great little find!
