In a perfect world, surely some alternate universe where consumers feel safe and confident to make purchases that are void of scams and knock offs (anyone else ever order a ‘same day’ bouquet from a random 1-800 florist, spend a fortune, then see the bouquet that was delivered and it’s wilted carnations and daisies?!), every single flower shop would operate at this level of excellence. When I called Joanna in need of a same day delivery and asked if I should ‘order online’ she said ‘We don’t do that here. You tell me what you want, I make it and send you pictures. If it isn’t right, we remake it until you’re happy’. I gave Joanna a price point to work within and hung up. 10 min later, I had a picture in my messages of a GIANT (and I mean, huge) bouquet with fresh and vibrant blooms. Because I’m picky, I asked to see some versions with a little pop of color… she sent me two additional options, and I fell in love with the final arrangement, which also happened to be BELOW my price point including taxes and delivery fee. When I called back to give my credit card info and sing my praises for the shop, she shared a really personal origin story of the ‘how and why’ the mission statement of her business is run with such personal attention and great care. This is the 4 bouquet of flowers i recieved from here and they r old .a sunflower was drooping aft 1 hr. The 2 sunflower was done by end of day. The roses 4 of them were beautiful colors but not fresh. I worked for perotti wholesale in amity ct. So I recognize freshness. By the early eve all roses were opened . Even at first when I received the bouquet the edges of rose petals were already brown. Her prices are high so I expect good flowers. I swear stop and shop has the longest lasting flowers. Love this florist!!! Wish I could give 10 stars- had an absolutely amazing experience working with this flower shop. They made a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered within less than an hour. Grandma was so pleased with her arrangement, and said it was the most beautiful flowers she has ever received her whole life. I was so impressed at the level of communication (they texted me a photo of the arrangement before asking for my payment) as well as the reasonable prices. We will be back for more flowers in the near future! So glad I found this shop local...
