Bryce Jordan Center — Attraction in College Township

I think bryce jordan center needs to not go through BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES. i have read multiple complaints on not being able to refund any sales that they do. i was also unfortunately a part of this. i purchased tickets from the bryce Jordan center through BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES for monster truck live event for my son and my wife it was scheduled for April 25th of this year then the covid happened and they moved it to August. so we said ok thats fine. but then we come to find out it got moved again to april 2021. were not going to keep waiting for rescheduled dates so we called BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES to get a refund and come to find out they can't do that at all. the customer service from them is HORRIBLE very bad attitude. when they transferred us to someone to talk to you could barely hear the person and they hung up. so when my wife called again the same guy answered and asked what are you calling back for and I already transfered you to someone you have to wait for them to answer even though we already did talk to somebody. but another thing is we had to find out that the event was rescheduled ourselves box office didnt even know that it was rescheduled. so if I was BRYCE JORDAN CENTER I would see on not going through them anymore because in my experience it is making me not want to go here anymore even though I have been to multiple concerts and never had any troubles like this before. I hope BRYCE JORDAN CENTER sees this and can resolve this issue but I advice everyone NOT TO GO THROUGH BOX OFFICE...

I was really floored by just how terrible this venue is. There's an outrageous $20 parking fee that was not mentioned ahead of time. They also did not mention ahead of time that you are not allowed to bring a purse. Even though the only thing in my purse was my wallet and keys, they wouldn't let me bring it in. I had to run all the way back to my car, drop off my purse, and run back. I barely made it to my seat in time. A half hour into the show, people were still scrambling to find their seats because they turned so many people away at the door for having a purse. On top of that, the seating itself was ridiculously uncomfortable. The ticket I bought was the second most expensive tier, and there was still only four inches of clearance between my seat and the seat in front of me. I am only 5'4 and it was painfully uncomfortable to sit in these seats. I heard people all around me complaining about how awful the seating was. The acoustics were really bad as well...sounded like a high school gymnasium. There would have to be a truly special show being performed here to ever convince me to come back. What a waste of money. EDIT: In their reply, they say they state all their policies in an email sent out 10 days and 2 days prior to the show. However, I bought my ticket the day before the show and received no communication at all from the BJC directly (I double checked my email and my spam folder). The only email I received was from Ticketmaster with my digital ticket. I wish I could leave this...

I recently visited, and it had left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. The biggest issue with this place was the complete lack of traffic control. The traffic flow was a complete mess and it was clear that the staff had no idea how to manage the situation.

Upon arriving, we were immediately stuck in a line of cars waiting to get into the parking lot. There were no staff members directing traffic after taking the money which led to chaos as drivers tried to cut in line and block each other. This resulted in a long wait just to get into the venue.

Once inside, the situation didn't get any better. Cars were parked haphazardly, leaving narrow lanes for other drivers to navigate through. It was clear that the staff had no idea how to direct traffic, and this led to a lot of confusion and frustration.

As if the poor traffic management wasn't bad enough, the venue itself was underwhelming. The facilities were outdated and not well-maintained, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing any kind of customer service.

Overall, I would not recommend this venue to anyone. If you're looking for a place that knows how to control traffic and provide a positive customer experience, look elsewhere. This place is a complete disaster and not worth your...
