Some time around Christmas I sent a picture of the market to Henry to ask him how I could fix a minor scratch on the picture (I was just looking for some advice like a special marker or something) and what he did was he arranged to have the photo replaced to a brand new one without even me following up on that. I am very happy with the excellent work provided by Golden Hill Monument. Henry was very knowledgeable at guiding me through the many available options for designing the monument and making the monument look pleasing on the front and back. I wanted to include Chinese writing, and Henry was so patient as I changed my mind a few times about the Chinese characters. I chose to have a more modern design of the photograph of my loved one, and it turned out so much better than I expected. The resolution of the photo was so sharp and the colors so vibrant.
