Great splash pad. Wish those who could get on base but are non residents could get card access to the building for the bathrooms. Also, odd question. is there a way to make the water not so icy? It takes so long to get...

This is for military only. Nowhere online did it say that so I of course tried to go and got stuck at a gate with a very upset toddler. Just an fyi to anyone else looking for a splash pad, I'm sure it's great!...
