Beautiful area and in town, lovely sounds from nature. Four stars are not for the fault of the area rather people using this area. We arrived shortly after 8 am and it appeared as though two individuals pushing bikes had camped out here. They had rucksacks full of gear and what appeared to be bed rolls. We came across the second individual because they left their bicycle in the middle of the trail, after my dog alerted to our left we saw a man was standing and pulling up his pants. One can assume the nature of his business, however the vaulted toilets were no more than a quarter mile away. The sense of an emergency is not lost on me.
There are a couple blind turns on the trail as well, I get it we are in the woods. I do prefer a slightly more open area like River Bends and Araphao Bend.
Much appreciation for doggie...

The modifications to the back area and flooding have resulted in a mostly inaccessible area to fishing, much smaller and heavily vegetated. There is access to the river which is the highlight of the area. The trail is dirt and not all that scenic. Don't figure...
