UPDATE recent visit. We had a few dozen friends and family meet up at Carm's Farm on 9/28/25. It was packed. So much to do! So much fun! Carm even popped over for a pic while we celebrated my sister's birthday. I bought one jar of Carm's Farm Vodka Sauce. IT IS DELICIOUS!! I added an updated video with me tasting it. Wow. YUMMM!!
Our First Visit to Carm's Farm in late 2024.... Our evening visit to Carm's Farm exceeded my expectations! Their delightful outdoor Christmas decorations are beautiful! My youngest sister and I brought mom for her first visit to a petting zoo. She had a fantabulous experience! There were goats, rabbits, emus, baby bison, llamas, and a camel! An adorable Santa Shoppe with the nicest folks. The shoppe offered hot cocoa, treats and gifts for sale. Plus they'll take a photo of your group with your phone. We had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Carmine... "The Carm" of Carm's Farm. He was so kind to help my mom into the front seat of the train that rides all around to see all of the animals and give mom and my sister a complimentary ride. I ventured to the tent that offered freshly made mini donuts, hot apple cider, and hot chocolate. The donuts were amazeballz!! Carm came over to the fire pit where a few families were warming. I loved seeing the joy and excitement of the kids when Carm threw a mystical magic color packet into the fire! Carm's Farm a great family outing! Such a stinking awesome experience!! I highly recommend!
The space was accessible for my mom needing to...

There are some portapots on-site.No major bathroom cash is cheaper than putting it on a credit card.Ten dollar admission three dollars for carrot slices.. they do have what they consider a train ride which is a tractor pulled or a quad pulled carts trailer together to take a tour around their farm which approximately takes 6 to 8 minutes... and then I must say right down. The road from them is Huddy's in tavern and pub.Which has some excellent soups and burgers and salads not terribly expensive, either for being in Colts Neck. And it's all right around the corner from...
Read moreFrom the moment you arrive, there are the most “adorable” animals to pet. All of the creatures “love” carrots which are plentiful and available for purchase at a minimal cost. All of the people who are responsible for the most wonderful adventure are so kind and treat you so very special. It’s absolute worth visiting for an absolutely delightful and fun experience. My granddaughter loved visiting with the “bunnies” especially. There is an array of personalities portrayed from all of the animals. A lot of “love” too! 🎃 The best news is it will be open all year round! So looking forward to visiting again soon with my family. Carmine lovingly created a great place for people of all ages to smile and enjoy a fabulous day to...
