Swan Mountain Snowmobiling — Attraction in Columbia Falls

I highly recommend Swan Mountain Snowmobiling for your snowmobiling adventure in NW Montana. My friend and I went on a snowmobile tour with Chad and unfortunately due to user error we were involved in a pretty bad accident. Chad did everything right surrounding the accident and stayed calm and got us help as quickly as he could. We got great training on how to use the snowmobiles and the proper safety precautions were taken, but unfortunately accidents sometime happen. Chad was trained in what to do and knew things to watch for as we were waiting for help and even gave up his coat and sweatshirt to keep my friend warm while we were waiting. Everyone we spoke to following the accident was so kind and helpful. They even told us since we weren't able to finish the tour due to the accident that they would take us out again. Great day out there! Our guide Brian was a good guy and helped us out a ton! The company has snow suits and gear for rent and it was worth getting they forsure helped keep us warm. Our tour took us up into the whitefish mountains for around 3 to 4 solid hours with a few great stops for photo opportunities. If you take your kids get them hand warmers I think that would help a ton as the only part of my son's body to get cold was his hands. Great looking out by our guide Brian he showed us an old snowmobile trick that helped get my sons hands warmed up. The company is the absolute best, and our guide (Eric) was hands down awesome! We took a 4hr tour to canyon creek(2/23/17) and the summit of Big mountain, beautiful! These guys know how to make your experience a once in a life time great time! If you are looking to use a company for a tour look no further.
