We make it a point to stop by the Gallery of Michael G. Booth every time we visit Glacier National Park. He is an incredibly talented artist, and his gallery is truly a hidden gem. His beautiful work captures the spirit of the region through a variety of artistic styles and mediums. The gallery itself is a stunning log building, warm, inviting, and the perfect stop for any art lover looking to discover or purchase something truly special. Mr. Booth's artistry is amazing and this gallery shows off his work (and is a work of art in itself.) His work (subjects and mediums) are quite varied with mostly a western, Indian, cowboy, and mountain emphasis. Even if you are not looking for gifts the stop is well worth your time just to admire. We purchased several gifts for family. Mr. and Ms. Booth were very cordial. They shipped our gifts. Some were broken during shipment. The Booths gladly refunded our money. Still needing gifts, we bought new ones on their on-line shop. They even sent us pictures of items not posted on-line to help meet our specific needs. As an art student, I asked to visit here while in Glacier, and it did not disappoint! It was really cool to see so many different mediums by one man. He chatted with us and answered questions.
