NOT worth it. The issue with this whole thing is they DO NOT advertise anywhere on their site or on any advertisement for that matter, that you have to pay an EXTRA $20 PER PERSON(including kids 6 and under) for a carnival wristband(Cash ONLY by the way), ON TOP of the entrance fee, which is $15 per adult. If you add in all the food prices and extras that they charge separately at the fair, you're looking at over $100 per person for 5 hours, if even that. The rides are practically for pre-teens/teenagers as they have height requirements, and if a 6-year-old and under doesn't meet it, you pretty much can only let them go on 3 rides out of the entire attraction. which isn't much to even begin with, let alone worth it. The Petting Zoo and side shows were okay, however this was my first time going with my kid. Definitely spending my...

Well went to the fair for the Demo Derby and it was great, the attendants where very nice and the whole place was full of everybody having fun, but at the end when we were leaving , the traffic crew decided to just let the whole first half of the parking area go before the other top half and we waited for about an hour before we finally got to go, well a lot of people started to get mad and some unruly, down right rude people started to get out of hand, so a better way on how to let everyone out next time would have been...

Boone county fair will be really enjoyable if you have kids between the ages 3 - 7. And, I guess about 5 would be ideal because they can enjoy all the rides. This means that they will get a great bargain on their 20 dollar wristbands. Kids 32" can do the small rides alone, few rides with an adult company, pet a lot of different types of farm animals, get face painting, and also a free balloon shaping. The bouncing area was also good. Carnival atmosphere was great. Overall, good a experience...
