What an incredible experience this was! I visited the Mizzou Arena for the Mizzou Tigers vs Georgia Men's basketball game and it was awesome! Granted, this was my first time attending a basketball game; so, I have nothing with which I can compare this experience to, except with what I've seen in movies. You are greeted with very friendly staff upon entering the building and you'll walk through the hall of champions with basketball gear enclosed in glass. They have some good snacks and drinks for the game; I just had some popcorn🍿, a hotdog 🌭 and a soda--that were all great. There is a store where you can purchase some game day gear--you can find some must-haves of great quality (i.e. the foam finger, Missouri Tigers shirts and hoodies, beanies, socks, etc.). The arena is huge with lots of seating available; and lots of parking! Overall it was a great experience with only one small thing they could work on, and that is to have cleaning staff keep the restrooms clean--that was the only con to an otherwise...
Read moreWe went to an all womens bible conference held here. My only negative feedback is during our 30 minute break the hallways were so congested with everyone trying to use the restroom and get a bite to eat, that no one could go anywhere. It took us 25 minutes just to reach the exit, thankfully everyone was kind toeach other, if this was a rowdier crowd I'm more than sure a fight would have occurred. The venue really needed some leadership to guide the crowd along and provide a flow for the crowd to follow for getting where they needed. Having vendors set up in the middle of the congestion was very...

After high school, I secured my first real job here and worked for them for four years. During that time, I learned a lot and met many people, some of whom I formed strong connections with, while others I had to let go of. Like everyone else, I’ve had my fair share of problems with the university and its people, but at the end of the day, they were like a family. They saw something in me that no one else wanted to admit, and for that, I...
