Columbia-Marion County Public Library — Attraction in Columbia

They provide a good service to the community. Its more than just a place to get books,videos or take your kids for lil events they have for them. They also have rooms upstairs you can book for an event (at no charge, you just cant exchange money for goods or services, in the library) The staff are friendly and helpful and its always clean in the library and the bathrooms. I love how the Library has Wi-Fi that works after hours, even outside from the parking lot (or the playground next door). Today I arrived in my Mustang GT, parked at the library, then found a nice picnic table under a shade tree. I set up camp and went to work setting up my new laptop. I was quite impressed with this library. The Size was more than adequate to house the books. The second story has a auditorium that could entertain most civic events. The elevator and bathrooms met the needs of handicapped individuals.
