Country Club Apartments — Attraction in Columbia

Lived in Country Club from August 2015 - July 2018.

Probably my favorite place to live in Columbia, MO while I was in graduate school. Very reasonably priced apartments and affordable on a student budget. Especially considering that this complex is in a very safe part of Columbia. Another perk of this location is that it's right by the MKT trail, so you can easily bike to campus.

The buildings though are very old and their age does show at times.

Work orders were always handled in a prompt fashion. During that time I interacted with two different management groups. Never had an issue with either of them.

Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. Paige is so respectful and willing to go above and beyond in all she does. Reasonably priced apartments in a good location close to HyVee, Walmart, Walgreens, and many food options. Although it is an older complex, maintenance does a good job with keeping it well kept, clean and neat. No major noise complaints, neighbors are nice and courteous. I have loved living in the complex and area of Columbia. If it wasn't for a job transition, I would love to stay with Country Club longer but I highly recommend it for any graduate or young adult looking for a complex...

I've lived here for 2 years and had a great experience with the previous management (Debbie and Lynne). The complex is located in a nice area of Columbia. I moved out when the new manager started her job. She was very unhelpful handling a very little issue. The only thing she could do was to charge me about $700 for a minor normal wear-and-tear in the apartment. I did NOT get any refund on my deposit upon moving out.
