The skatepark itself is very well maintained and the pump track is awesome as well. My only real complaints are that a wallride wall takes up most of the street section and everything at the park is pretty big which can be intimidating for beginners. I brought my friend there to skate and he’s not that experienced and there was pretty much nothing for him to skate except for a curb. Read moreMr. Mayfield was a friend of mine whom took good care of this park. He loved all the people who came to skate, bike or skateboard. He was very proud of this park. It is a beautiful area, great open scenery with a very cool view of planes flying & landing over head. It is well kept since he passed away & they even honored him with the Mayfield Classic. It is a great place to have fun, learn some new tricks, practice some old ones & meet new members of the skating community. No graffiti or litter. It is dog friendly & kept clean. It is a nice place & I see why Mr. Mayfield...
