I messaged them on a Saturday about a used 2014 Suzuki King Quad they have for sale and asked if there was anything wrong with it or that needed to be replaced before I drove 2 and a half hours to look at it. They replied on a Sunday which was nice, and said that they didn't think so but they would check. They messaged me back Monday morning and confirmed nothing was wrong with it and it was a solid ATV. Even threw in the ol " a 60 year old man had it and only rode it around the farm" line. So I called just to make sure they still had it and again was assured that nothing was wrong with it and it was a local trade in on a mower. They did hold it for me until I got there which I appreciated but when I got there and finally got to talk to someone the first thing she said to me is "now that winch doesn't work", and apparently their guy had already spent an entire day messing with it so somebody lied to me somewhere. Whatever no big deal I don't need a winch then I see a plug sticking out of one of the tires that was obviously done there, and a bolt head broken off the skid plate in the back. Along with rusted axles and an underbody covered in mud. Things you would expect on a used ATV but also things I would mention if I was selling a used ATV and someone was driving from out of town to look at it. The store looks nice inside and the girl at the front desk was very nice. The owner or whoever was working the deal with me seemed more concerned with the semi of new inventory coming in than selling me a used ATV and never once asked if I was in the market for something new. After a 2 and a half hour drive I would've still liked to been able to load something on the trailer. Instead it came home empty.
Update: In response to the owners reply, can you all show me where I declined extra pictures? Or where you even asked? Sorry but I couldn't message you back on Facebook to ask since you turned that all off on me.
